Toby's 4 attackers???

Mr. Roberts in the classroom says he would report the "4 boys" who attacked Toby. Who the hell was the 4th? There were only 3 that harassed him throughout the movie, and there were only 3 in the locker room that attacked him.

The only possible 4th person I can think of was the one who didn't do anything to stop the attack. Roberts grabbed him as he left the locker room and asked where Toby was and he cowardly said "I don't know".

Because he knew he was in there and when roberts asked him that it looked like he was covering it up.
OR the fact that in the beggining if you see it's 4 boys that are attempting to fight and chase him.
most of the story took place during the small crucial time that it was just those 3.
