Unrated?????

Ive read about the toxic avenger II saying it was unrated on the box, but it is still a censored version.......My question is, is that the only movie that does that??......If I was to buy any other troma release and it says unrated on the box......will that be what I am getting??.....the unrated version, and not the censored??
