...i LOVED this movie.

had never seen it before today, or even heard of it, but it kept popping up in my NetFlix suggestions, but they only had it on dvd, so i found it streaming on hulu. really glad i did.



and i have to say -- and i don't care what anyone else thinks about the character --
dean's speech during the argument w/ henry, in pantry at Thanksgiving was wonderfully poignant.... but it was his breakdown in the truck after seeing henry & pike, that nearly broke my heart.

in any case, it's a wonderful movie w/ a happy ending.



...and the world needs more of those, these days, dontcha think?
