I saw this movie for the first time 3 or 4 years ago, was immediately hooked and purchased the film right away.
Since then, I've watched it probably 20 times, maybe more. I go through periods--about twice a year--where I watch it a several times within a couple of days. It seems everytime I watch it, I find something I've missed.
Anyone else?
I've probably seen the movie about 20 to 30 times...!? I love the film and try to watch a few times a year. Big Eden is one of those films that you can watch over again and it's still so enjoyable... I love the music and the mountain setting.

I know what you mean about seeing something new every time I watch. Today I noticed that Lloyd was reading and fishing at the same time!
Exactly. I just watched it again last night for the 20th? time. And I noticed little expressions, glances, gestures that I had missed before.
I never get tired of this movie. It is a dream world, but such a beautiful one.
I own the DVD. Watched it at least 10 times.
