I heard that Wong kar-wai shot scenes of Maggie Cheung and Tony Leung having a a reunion. does anyone have or know where I can get these scenes?

These videos show some of the Maggie Cheung footage which is about all that is available. The footage hasn't been released on any DVDs or through any other source.

It is only subtitled in Spanish but I did a google translate. Basically they meet in Cambodia and talk about where they are in life and how Su-Lizhen is remarried and here on business with her spouse and Chow is there on business as a reporter and will be going to Vietnam next and to visit if she comes that way and how Ping is engaged to marry Miss Singapore. As she leaves he asks if she called him in Singapore, she says she does not remember and walks away.
That's another interesting layer added to Chow's character. What I gathered from 2046 was that Chow's greatest fear was that maybe he was not loved back, he often tortures himself with another proposition that maybe she loved someone else. If I was Chow I would be thinking so she would leave her husband for someone else but she wouldn't leave him for me? Maybe she never loved me as much as I loved her, even thinking along these lines is painful and the man had to live through all this. For what its worth I'd like to believe that Chow helped Su Lizhen develop self confidence and gave her strength to venture out but maybe she didn't choose Chow because he reminded her of a not too good time in her life but still I am wondering if she wanted to move on why not move on with Chow?
