A call to action!!!!! And asking of a question

The question, since it is shorter: Does anyone else remember (perhaps French non-dubbed version only) where at the end the Arkadians regain their "surface legs" since long ago they had them???? I could have sworn I both saw it online and read it too.

The CALL TO ACTION:
Gather all uploads together!!!! There are some on Youtube already and I know some are offered via website. Though I cannot find it working there is belief it is online via HULU or Amazon
