If they were to do a reunion

How would you like to see them living?

Francis: Would be the most like Lois, yelling at his kids and constantly foiling their evil plans while Piama.

Reese being the most successful and married to Cynthia, Malcolm being the least.

Dewey is much like Hal.

Jaime - off to University, we don't need to see that one.

Lois and Hal have done a complete 180, Hal is the overly protective grandfather while Lois spoils the grandkids.

They would all be getting together for Craig's funeral.

Francis: As parents, I would see him exactly like Hal, and Piama exactly like Lois. Lois and Piama have finally bonded for good over that.

Reese: a corrections officer in charge of scaring kids straight, married to Cynthia but totally whipped.

Malcolm: weird, bitter, anti-social scientist absorbed in some research project. Always wondering why he has no friends and can't find a date.

Dewey: part time musician and teacher of the Busey class.

Jamie: a recycled Francis, but maybe in reform school instead of military school.

Leslie: (the baby Lois finds out she's pregnant with the finale) probably normal and wondering what's wrong with the rest of the family

Lois and Hal: haven't changed a bit.

Pretty much this. Good call on the new kid, too, but I wonder how you write a character like that.

reply

I always thought that Francis and Piama would have twin girls, and that Francis would be super-protective of his daughters.

Dewey is a children's book author, who also writes children's music.

Reese is still the janitor at his old high school.

Lois and Hal are still the same.

What about Malcolm, the title character?

Scrubs, one of my favourite comedy shows (somewhere in 4th or 5th place) had a 9th season and that was horrible. Arrested Development was rebooted to having a 4th season and it was nothing like the original format, plus they even dared to change how the flashbacks with George and Lucille were. Just atrocious.

As for a reunion episode, if that was it, then I'd love it to see them all together one last time as grown ups.

I never liked Piama and I never liked her with Francis. Francis divorces her/she leaves him and he ends up with someone else who was the woman/mother he never had. They have a good marriage. Still don't know about kids although I think Francis would make a good father.

Reese: he always excelled in cooking so him having a restaurant seemed good. and I have said this before only for my opinion to be shot down because 'he would spit in the food of people who dissed him...' idk. something tells me that if he was really awesome at this, they would have no reason to diss him so he would not have any reason to retaliate.

Malcolm... although he was book smart, he was not street smart, not by a long shot. he would be an office drone.

Dewey: entertainer. even at a young age he was very good at many things. equally as successful as Reese.

Jamie: idk. I don't want to think about him. he was too scary.

new kid: idk.

Oh God. Fortune vomits on my eiderdown once more.

Malcolm is too smart to be an office drone. I don't see him being President of the U.S. as mentioned in the series finale, but more of a Mark Zuckerberg billionaire type.
