It's on LMN now. That's crazy sad that one of the couples (presumably based on Melissa Glibert and her husband's characters) died in a car wreck while this movie was being made, but they left it out because it was too tragic.

GEEZ, every seperated at birth movie based on a true story I can name has tragedy strike. The other two, one of the children switched dies young. Unbelievable.

Thanks for these links to the very interesting article and photos. The true story is quite different from the one in the movie. I like the movie better - a happier ending for sure.

I saw the tag end of this one time and was intrigued and then discovered it on Youtube tonight. It was good, had the feel of a Lifetime movie. I can't believe it was made 17 years ago!
