Ya never know.. perhaps Gus did survive. You never know what happened after Conway left Gus' party.

It doesn't matter. I got to see that hunk of a cop in uniform, in a tight tee, and then soaking wet.

Well worth the watch, I think. ;)))))))

Maybe I'm in the minority here, but I enjoyed it.

Perhaps I'm biased as I love George Eads (Gus) from CSI, and the fact that it was filmed entirely in my home town of Fort Langley, BC . . .

Aside from that, the plot did need a little work, but I can think of worse things to watch . . .

This definitely is not the worst movie ever! I've seen some that are so much worse, including "Our Very Own", "The Unseen" (2005), and "The Giant Claw". Wait! No! "The Giant Claw" is redeemed because it's so bad that it's funny. I wish I could recall the title of that Lifetime movie in which the boy's ghost father skates off, in hockey gear, into a glowing mist. Now, THAT is a dreadful film! Everyone seems to agree on "Manos: The Hands of Fate". Oh! "Catwoman" is the dregs, as is "Wild Wild West", which even Kevin Kline and M. Emmet Walsh can't save! This is better than a number of films I've seen lately.

"The Spring" has good performances and an interesting concept, with a chunk of "Tuck Everlasting" and "The Lottery" tossed in. I did find it odd that he could overlook that she's a much, much, much, much older woman and that he and his son could accept the whole bit with scarcely any hesitation. Perhaps they're very naive, as they apparently are so open to people.

This is the second time I've watched it, and I'll watch it again when it shows up next time unless there's a movie that demands more attention.

If this is the worst movie you've ever seen then you haven't seen very many movies there are many much much worse. It had some flaws but it was OK, a pleasant way to kill a couple of hours IMO.
