Was an 'ending' episode actually ever filmed?

I understand that the "last/final" episode of the show was never shown, but I'm curious as to whether or not it was actually ever filmed; Does anyone know if the unseen episode was ever even filmed, and perhaps just stored away someplace? Just curious.

The last ep of season 2 was the cliffhanger. The show was supposed to be renewed for a third season where they would continue the storyline, But the show was abruptly canceled. Now Dennis Haysbert is chubby and sell insurance.

Corrections...

1. The last ep of season ONE was a cliff hanger. (There was no 2nd season)

2. Dennis Haysbert is still acting.
