I have it and started watching it.
The good: looks great, sounds great, and has amazing extras for a show that only lasted a year.
The bad: the music. Unless I am wrong, the first episode started with AC/DC's Hells bells. Not anymore. New music has been added. This show was known to have great songs. My gut tells me licensing has killed them.
Still nice to have them on DVD.
Dug right into the special features myself. Great making of pieces looking at origins, production, reception and legacy of one of my favorite shows.
Interesting they changed the music, will have to hold on to my VHS tapes of Sci-Fi reruns now...

Wanted to comment on how AMAZING the show looks on DVD. I've only seen it on VHS when I initially recorded it or from torrent downloads which were 6/10 quality at best. But it's like watching a whole new show! Plus it's great actually getting bonus features.
It's only a shame this show will never get a Blu Ray release. But as I said before, after only getting to see it from original CBS broadcast recordings or torrents, this looks HD in comparison'..LOL
The packaging clearly states that music has been changed, but honestly, it's been so long since I last watched that I really didn't notice the absent of most of it. Anyway, it's fantastic. Love the special features and it was great to rewatch.

Watched this series twice back in the day and thought it was great, but I was so annoyed there was no second season; not even a TV movie to conclude matters. Gutted.
Reminds me of how I felt when JOHN DOE ended too.
