Lost Luggage, Go to a Mall?

Greg was probably earning like $60-70K a year working in one of the top nursing positions. Certainly not rolling it in, but not exactly average/median income either.

They rented a car, first thing I would've done is say, "Where's the nearest Mall, Wal-Mart, Marshall's, clothing store, etc."

Bought some socks/underwear, and maybe a couple shirts/pair of jeans. I mean good lord. I wouldn't feel comfortable with anyone but family (blood) borrowing every day clothes and especially underwear. Not like he had to go buy $300 worth of crap. Go spend like $100 on some standard stuff until your luggage arrives.

Then take it back home with you. Underwear, shirts/shorts and maybe 1 pair of extra jeans (although he could just wash what he was wearing) would get him through a couple days. And I get they were having a nice dinner but if he put on some jeans and a shirt he got I don't think his family would be upset. He did lose his luggage after all.
