most annoying part of all...

...is that nobody in this stupid movie knew how to play scared!! you're in a horror movie - dont you think you should learn how to scream? the nurse gets a knife pulled on her, and she looks confused and asks "hey, what are you doing?" Chris plunges a butcher knife into her friend, and she gives him an "oh, my bad look" and runs off to find a new butcher knife. i think i made the same face when i broke a dish. and every single victim just stays still complacently while the killer very slowly cuts them with the scapel. dude, im not saying that if i met a crazy escaped lunatic with a scapel that i would win, but i CAN say he would have to be pulling my hair and throwing me a couple punches first cuz id at least try to fight back. nope, everyone is like, oops, guess im dying now...yeah, that was annoying...

What I find annoying is at the end, when the doctor gets killed he's in an elevator at the hospital. But then, when Chris goes outside (for some reason she does this instead of escaping) she investigates his dead body in the pool. I know I can't say much since this movie was pretty much homemade on a webcam (sorry... don't ACTUALLY know what it was filmed on but w/e) but this movie made no damn sense whatsoever.

Why are you reading my signature?

The victims also have no peripheral vision whatsoever.

I actually found that a bit refreshing, the screaming gets annoying after a while. Plus, I always attributed it at first to Chris mentions needing a valium, I figured she took one and was kind of spaced out. Then you see it's a dream, and that makes it make a bit more sense, sure it's an age out copout but here it works.
