SONG HELP

I'm relieved that there's somebody other than me that's been looking for this song. I've been searching for it to no avail for years (decade?) as well. I do know the name of the track and the producers though, it's just that I can't seem to find it anywhere.

I't called "Back in deez streetz" produced by Mark Sparks and Storm and performed by some dude called Derrick "Nappy Brown" Fitzgerald. This info is in the end credits for the soundtrack songs but funnily enough it's the only one not on the actual soundtrack cd released.
