Where the Hell can you buy/find this movie?

Hey there. Was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a copy of this film. I had an ex-rental VHS copy of this cept it was stolen by a friend... That was about 4 years ago and haven't managed to find another copy. I've heard that this was never released on DVD. Any ideas?
