I think I may be able to help you in answering this question. It appears that the co-production couldn't be renewed, as well, Cathy Weseluck was interested in that it was such a short run. She is a pretty steadily hardworking actress and voice actress in Canada. I am hoping that maybe a new set of episodes can still me made though, maybe even a live-action movie, as they seem to be pretty popular and getting well-made nowadays. Anyhow, let's hope for something, even if it is a renewal of broadcast rights, or even a DVD, uncut, of course. In the US, they got an edited version, for content, but mostly to let in more time for commercials. Don't you just hate things like that? I know I do.

I remember watching this show on Fox too way back in the late 90s. I really loved it. I watched all 13 episodes when it was on Fox and really liked every one. The last episode was great but I don't think the series should have ended after that episode because the very end looks like it was left into interpretation that Cybersix and Data 7 actually escaped from the fortress and survived the explosion since Lucas looked up at the apartment window at night where Cybersix was living and saw a light on, that to me, left the series at a cliffhanger regarding what actually happened to Cybersix and Data 7. Very unfortunate for a series like this one. I hope that one day, the entire series could be released on DVD and a OST could be produced and more episodes could be put into production. I recently downloaded the entire series from BitTorrent and noticed that the episodes that I downloaded was recorded from the Canadian Teletoon station, the entire 1 minute opening song and sequence was very nice and I wish Fox didn't edit the opening for it to be so short.
