I watched this on 9/23 anniversary of his death

I was totally absorbed into this beautiful movie about Padre Pio. And today being the anniversary, it made it even more special.

That actor did the greatest job! My daughter got this from Netflix and gave it to me first to watch. I told her she might want to watch it alone because it is so moving.

Thank goodness for the pause button on the remote for the dvd player! I needed to freeze frame many many times when there were longer subtitles for the English.

Such a good movie. I am now wanting to buy one of my own so I have it to loan out and such.
