Where can I get this DVD???

I'm from the UK, but the last time I checked Amazon, it only had a region 1 dvd. Does anyone know how/where I can get a REGION 2 dvd? I tried the French Amazon site, but as I don't speak French, I didn't understand a word of what was written.
