Game bug SPOILERS

Hey everyone. Just at the part when I walk into the hospital for the first time, after George finishes making his "medievil saint wearing a baseball cap" remark, the game freezes up and loops a small section of the music. The only way to get out of the game from there that I know of is by pressing cntrl+alt+delete.

I was just woundering if anyone had experienced a simular bug, and if so, do then know where I might be able to get a patch for it to save me looking for myself? Because I don't really know that many technical names for different types of bugs, so I don't think I'd be very successful searching for a patch myself.
