Complete listing of episodes of SMDM?

Where can I find a complete list of Six Million Dollar Man episodes (TV titles)? and Bionic Woman?

Obvious question: If Steve Austin costs $6 mil, how much does Bionic Woman costs to build her alive?

I dont remember how many episodes where in SMDM - but I remember watched about 30 episodes at least when I was about 10 years old or so.

Mystery that plagues my entire memory cell life:

I rememeber seeing two different "Opening Title" of SMDM - A) the original (shorter, without crash horizon?) and then B) with crash landing where you see desert at the horizon, followed by steve breathing O2 tube in his nostril on ER bed.

One rare "opening title" version (why?), I remember seeing how Steve Austin, wearing USAF military uniform, zoom up slowly in the center of the TV screen, after crash landing (blue screen) - with red-alert-claxons (ie. Rwa-Buzz, Rwaa-Buzz, Rwa-Buzz sounds effects). Which episode is that one?
