Bastard Song

Can anyone tell me the name of the song they sing in 'I'll Take You There?".....Don't live among the bastards...Don't let the bastards get you down. I've searched on Kazaa...and other websites and I can't find it anywhere....and I sure would like to get a recording of this song. ??? Help!~!!!!!!

I have been trying to find that myself!! I love that song...and I loved the movie too! I'll have to rent it again and see if I can find anything in the credits.

'The Bastard Song' written by Adrienne Shelly & Andrew Hollander

Its a world of suffering
in a sea of pain

No matter how much sun you bring your pummelled by the rain

So what's the use in gettin up
and what's the use in trying
and what's the use in listening
when everybody's lying

the life you lead just turns to *beep*
your joy it falls to treason
there isn't any rhyme to it
there isn't any reason

don't let the bastards catch you down
don't greet the bastards at your door
dont' live among the bastards

in this dead end universe
there seems to be no grace
there are havens on the map
there are humans in the race
there are people you can trust
when you need some decency
you can trust someone like you, baby
and trust someone like me

don't let the stranger's get you down
don't greet the stranger's at your door
don't live among the stranger's, my friend

don't live among the heartless
the strangers
the bastards

my love

talking bout my tender love
talking bout my good sweet love
make you feel on top
yah yah
talking bout a happy love
feel so good
talking bout a happy love
i'm a kissin you
holdin you
squeezing you a baby
talking bout sweet love
good love

Thank you very much indeed. It´s such a cute, cuddly song.
