I would have to say the Nick/Autumn/Rachel episode, I was surprised that Nick came back and took home the Gold Medal and the Crag considering that he was in third place prior to the Aggro Crag.

I was a bit surprised too, but at the same time I was thinking to myself; good
for him, he came back from third place to take the gold. Tori did that too.
She played against Justin and Katie. I think the scores were the same before
the Aggro Crag in both episodes.

It was surprising seeing the losing contestant coming back winning the Crag, it sure makes the episodes more surprising when that happens.
Another episode that surprised me was the John-Cindy-Taylor episode.
Another episode I thought had a really shocking finish was the Trey-Michael-Maureen episode
On that episode the scores were
