The cable TV description of this movie says "while trying to survive the angst". I do not know what "angst" is but the word sounds awful and/or stupid to me. For me, the word is like fingernails on a chalkboard, it makes me want to run away from the movie fast.
How relevant is the word "angst" to the description of the movie?
Umm, there's a lot of stuff, happening in this movie typical of a teenage drama but also typical of stuff that actually happens in the dance world(bulimia, crushes, the uncertainty of getting your dream job,etc) but IMO it contains just the right amount of the dreaded 'A'word in order for you to enjoy what's important--the dancing!
