Why is this not on DVD?

Seriously, this is one of my favorite adaptations of Captain Marvel (later renamed Shazam) and has most of my favorite characters from the comics he was in.

Hero High, which aired along with it and was even used as the display pic on the page for the Shazam show on this site, got a complete series DVD release. So why not this one?

Hopefully it will happen one day because DC is usually good at releasing all their various cartoons on home video, unlike Marvel.
