Three questions

1)I'm really curious about the event that they discussed in Digimon Adventure 02, when the original team explained how they gave up their crest powers. Does anyone know if that ever was released as a radio drama or something in Japan? If so, where can I find a transcript of it?

2)If Ken had an actual crest, then shouldn't he have been included in the original team? I mean, they were the only Digi-destined/Chosen Children to have actual crests, so wouldn't that mean Gennai and company made Ken's crest and Wormmon's Digiegg alongside everyone else's? I mean, even if Ken didn't go to the summer camp with the others, which he obviously didn't, as his digivice came out of the computer at his house, wouldn't Tai and the others ran into Wormmon or something? (After all, only Gatomon had a reason why she wasn't with the others, as Gennai accidentally dropped her egg while trying to escape from Piedmon's goons.) At the very least, they most likely would have found Ken's tag in the underwater convenience store en route to Server, and been all 'hey, there's an extra tag in here. Who does that belong to?'

3)Speaking of how Ken found his digivice....

Does anyone else besides me hold a strong dislike for Ken's brother, Sam? I'm sorry, but that episode really angered me.
