SO when he killed Leomon why couldn't Jeri after you know her whole Emo phase..... adopt him as her new digimon by the time her emo phase is over he's apologized and this would be an interesting dynamic. Will leomon ever be forgotten no but that doesn't mean Jeri can't move on. Tamers is different then Adventure is it ever stated you get one digimon and that is it?

Impmon already had Tamers, it was those kids. She sort of "adopted" Calumon as her new Digimon.
