In season 1, did the "real world" just repair itself like the Digiworld?

Venom Myotismon pretty much destroyed a good portion of Odaiba. Many buildings were gone and it looked like a war zone.

The Digital world was also in ruins until Apocolomon was defeated and it was "reborn" and repaired itself. In the Digimon movie(in part 2) it takes place about 6 months after the events in the show happened. Everything in the city was back to normal like and the Ferris Wheel that disappeared was back. And in Season 2 the station that was supposedly destroyed was back. These are just a few examples I can think of.

So did everything in the real world that was destroyed by Myotismon and other digimon just "rebuild" itself like how everything in the Digital world did? You wouldn't think they would be able to rebuild all of it that fast. What do you think?

If they hired Chinese companies to fix everything, it'd all be done in one or two years. Seriously, come to China and see for yourself how fast a city can develop.

The humans presumably had to manually repair the city of Odaiba, like if it was a real disaster.

I think the city was rebuilt while the kids were in the Digital World fighting the Dark Masters and Apocalymon but since time flows differently in the real world than it does in the Digital World, the city would have been fully repaired by the time they returned.

Keep in mind that the first season of Digimon was inspired by the old Narnia books by C.S. Lewis, including the weird disparities in time between the two worlds.
