would YOU let a slammed door stop you?

I mean really, the woman had just had it revealed to her by her son that her husband had probably been having an affair, and when she demands to know who Cheryl is the son walks out the front door and it closes behind him and she stops dead in her tracks. Well, it wouldn't stop ME.
This happens in lots of films, it just so happens that I was in a position to comment while I was watching this one.
