There are (pricey) Japanese CDs containing different versions of "Love Somebody", from the series and movies, but no soundtrack of all of the music. Yesasia.com has them; look under Yuji Oda.

Curiously, I came upon some of the Bayside Shakedown music in a Taiwanese costume tv series.

Check Ebay for Rhythm and Police, there are 5 total soundtracks, two for the TV show, one for the first film and two for the second film, there is also one for the third film, check cdjapan.co.jp for that one.
