I like WIll and everything, but I don't know if he has the subtlety necessary for this. I usually think of him as a much more heavy handed actor/producer, but I do hear he was good in "Pursuit of happyness"...

I was thinking the same thing. As if the Modine version wasn't bad enough. Hey, maybe he'll even do it with his kid in the part of Charly!
