Japanese education, how good is it?

Since this manga/anime series is mostly focused on Japanese education, do you think that Mr. Onizuka's teaching career and his badass attitude is acceptable on most of the Japanese schools or not? And Japanese schoolgirls are really cute than the others?

Read Azrael's blog

www.gaijinsmash.net and go to the arhcives of when he was a teacher

www.outpostnine.com

That's his website with forums.

Anyway, the attitude that Onizuka was treating his students with is not acceptable in Japan. In alot of Japanese school's,the students run amuck and basically can not really get into serious trouble. It's almost like the teacher difer's to the Student, but in Western society we are taught to respect teachers or you get thrown out on your ass.

Obviously not all Japanese school kid's are bad,but their education system makes you appreciate our's.

Like all western teenagers respect their teachers, that's the most stupid thing I've ever heared of. Maybe at some private rich man schools, but in the regular schools there are alot of trouble.
