How much I hated this movie.

I never liked J.Lo to begin with. I'm also of the opinion that there hasn't been a halfway decent romcom since the 80's. So when my teachers announced on the 9 hour bus trip from Canberra to Melbourne that one of the films to stop us scratching our eyes out with boredom would be this, I felt some trepidation.

I wish I could tell you my fears were relieved, but relieved they were not. They were in fact, intensified. By the end of this festival of cliche, I didn't dislike J.Lo, oh no. I hated that bitch so much I wanted to kill my classmates just for being the same species as Lopez.

For the love of all that is good and holy, I implore you to avoid any situation which might end in you watching such an appalling film.

im not gay but this really is a good movie and u hatin on j-lo is not cool,,come on look at her and trust me i dnt noe u but she be lookin way goo.shes a great actress and this was a great movie...so hate on sumthin else..any1 agree

That's your opinion. Good for you. However, I have my opinion, and nothing anyone can say can make me hate this film or J.Lo any less. I wouldn't recommend this film to anyone, not just because I hate it, but because it was badly written, badly directed and badly acted. Even though I'm not a fan of the romcom genre, there are several films that I know are of better quality than this turd, such as 'Four Weddings and a Funeral', 'When Harry Met Sally', 'Love Actually', 'Coming to America' or 'It Happened One Night'.

i agree. terrible movie. jennifer lopez ruins every movie she's in. it was so dramatic and over the top, especially that silly music in the background every 5 minutes. she trys way too hard to be silly and funny. she just makes herself look bad.

The only time JLo has been good is in Selena and the 1 with Wesley Snipes..when she seemed real at least.

JLo ruined this movie for me. She just CANNOT get away with playing an Italian! When I read that Jennifer Love Hewitt was supposed to have the lead, I almost cried, because then this movie might have actually had some potential to not suck.

JLo and the plot ruined this movie for me
