Looking for title of 80s sex-ed TV special.

Not for any particular reason other than nostalgia. It seemed to be on several times one year on PBS in the early morning in New York in the mid 80's. My sister says it's called "Puberty Patrol", but I'm almost positive we never knew the name of it, we only referred to it as "Puberty Patrol" because that was an element in the show that sounds funny when you say it out loud. I saw it from middle to end multiple times, but I believe I only caught the beginning once.

This is as close as I can remember to how the show went. A teenage boy and girl are arrested by the "Puberty Patrol", presumably because they were about to do something irresponsible. They are taken to a dark room where they are forced to play a life sized board game. The different spaces they land on teach them lessons about life's decisions and their consequences, namely relationships, sex, marriage and parenthood. I'm a little fuzzy, but I think they broke away from the board game scenario each time a character had a lesson, living the experience in the form of a short sketch, then returning to the game. I think one of these may have involved a "home for unwed fathers." After the two teens had learned all their lessons and were deemed fit to return to their regular lives, they were released. The special ended when they witnessed another pair of kids being picked up by the "Puberty Patrol" and laughed.

Ring any bells?
