Stranger Than Paradise

I saw this movie on Christmas Eve in 1982 in New York on the upper west side and it was so good, I stayed and watched it again. After the second time, the people sitting on the aisle next to me had tears in their eyes as I did in mine, and we all hugged each other a Happy Christmas Eve. I love this movie; esp. the part where the girl and guy are just sitting in front of the tv watching it and not saying anything. I love the way the story goes at the end on who stays and who goes....I understand that Jarmusch had to delay finishing the movie because he maxed out his credit cards at first and hoped he would still have the same actors later and they would look the same to match the previous footage. It's a great film; and we got a great filmmaker born out of it. I'd like to see it again.
