Is this any good?

It is good if you watch it on tv. On a wet cold day all cozy up infront of a fire. Tea and cake or Wine and chocolate available to munch and slirp. And I don't eat sweets. The English cast is much better than the Americans.And I think there are a lot of good American actors just not in this film.

I think the writer fell asleep watching a Woody Allen movie and lamely attempted to copy it.the story a bit predictable. It has many funny moments but mainly by British actors including Stephen Fry,Jack Dee and Colin Firth..

Why on Earth could it have not been interesting? Just why?

Why not a handsome WASPy guy from the midwest trying to write for a sitcom, but being turned down, and that putting strain on his relationship with his hottie French wife?

Why not a Tongan? Japanese dude?

It's just another goddamn self-serving low-budge film that any competent director could have put together.
