I don't think he could wipe out all humanity since the number of births per minute is probably a lot higher than the number of kills he can make per minute. I doubt that he'd want to do it anyway. If he killed everyone there'd be no one left for him to torment and then what would he do for fun?

The Leps powers are limited by God, and he could die now that he lost his immortality. He looses the girl in Lep 2 because here father said God bless you my child. He also can't touch iron, loose his gold and four leaf clovers.
shareSo far God hasn't put in an appearance in any of the movies. The Leprechaun touches iron with no problem at all in #6 (he climbs right up a fire escape) and being shot with bullets stuffed with 4-leaf clovers doesn't have much effect on him in that movie either. Although he's obviously VERY hard to kill, none of the movies say that he's immortal or that he's lost any immortality. They change the rules as much as they want to in each movie anyway.
