Comparable films?
I thought this movie was fantastically done and far too underrated. Are there any other films with similar themes and similar caliber?
shareAs you may have noticed in other threads, the movie has been compared a lot to ORDINARY PEOPLE (I haven't seen it). Other movies about losing a son or daughter (that I've seen):
-ALL ABOUT MY MOTHER.
-COUNTRY STRONG.
-THE GREATEST.
-IN THE BEDROOM.
-RABBIT HOLE.
-WELCOME TO THE RILEYS.
-WORLD'S GREATEST DAD (although, this is a satire of the grieving process).
I didn't include movies where the death is being investigated by the cops and/or avenged by the parent.
