Terribly underrated. All the criticism is simply people "hating" on Stallone. Period.

I really like this movie too. I don't know but this film is just so cool... had amazing performance by Stallone, very good menacing one by Mickey (when he calls Stallone - Slick is just priceless)Some great soundtrack (the car chase, and the moby score)

This is the only movie in which Stallone is a bad bad man.
Sorry, that quote is directly taken out of the original Get Carter, which had a much more superior soundtrack by the way, that has been covered numerous times by diverse funk, jazz and dub artists.
No one beats Caine in his role... I've heard the moby track and found it way less interesting than the original soundtrack too. But, I'll grant you this: will see it and come back with an honest opinion on it.
