What a great film! Great shots of Tiger Stadium too

I just saw this on Cable and loved it. I didn't catch the first 15 minutes though so now I'll probably rent it. it was so well done. I really enjoyed the vintage footage of Tiger Stadium too! "Take me Out to the Ballgame" in Yiddish was great too!

Hank Greenberg's career is one that few people under 40 of 50 even recall unless they're parents or grandparents were fans and told them that once upon a time, there was a Jewish Home-Run King!

I just had to make a thread for this board that wasn't about being first or second!

I'll third this post. Great clips of Tiger Stadium.....great stories from all the people interviewed.....great story of an underdog that became a HERO.
