Yeah, I only noticed it and connected the dots on a repeat playthrough. Yep, it's her.

I could be mistaken, but doesn't Squall say something about seeing her at the infirmary?

Either way, I always took that as more of an Easter-Egg for subsequent play-throughs, since the first time you play it, you've more-or-less forgotten about her by the time she shows up again. Great detail, though.
