What and where is this movie?

I am a fan of michael moore. I dont, however, wish to start a political debate on why I like him or dont like him. I just want to know if anyone has seen this movie or knows where to get it. I frequently visit his official site, I have all his books, I have seen his tv shows, and yet I have never heard a word about this movie until today. Anyhoo.....
