film clip used in the documentry

does anybody know what the name of the film was that was used at the start of one of the episodes? The episode began with making a statement along the lines of 'what india was to the british so the countries of eastern europe will be to germany'. They showed a film that was an example of the type of films hitler used to watch to further this point. In the film it shows a skirmish between british troups and a native indian army somewhere in india (i seem to remember there was a rather vicious maxim machine gun in the short clip also). anybody know what film this was? think they even mentioned the name at the same time.

It begins with a short excerpt from a scene in THE DRUM (1938), directed by one of the Korda family, involving two of the most reliable and frequently cast British actors of that time, Roger Livesey and Francis L. Sullivan. Several other major talents were in the film - as Indians - including Sabu and Raymond Massey. It's available on VHS, but not (YET - hint, hint, netflix.com) on DVD.
