What are the torture scenes banned from tv?

Time/Life is selling the set now. It shows an old woman being led by 2 nazis. Just before it cuts away, it looks like one of them begins to raise her dress...Can anyone tell me what scenes (of torture) are so terrible they can't be shown on tv?

Right. The Time Life ads are ridiculously lurid and inaccurate.
