Why was it canceled?

don't know why but enjoying the first season on YouTube lol I love Amanda Peet and the Movie A lot like love and I remember when this came out and didn't watch it so now I'm watching it pretty good so far 7 eps into it ...

I don't know but I can guess. I remember, at the time, the WB was premiering Jack and Jill, Zoe (with Selma Blair) and [I think] the second season of Buffy as well as Felicity and Dawson's Creek that fall. Zoe and Jack and Jill were the only shows I didn't watch; they were also the first shows cancelled in this lineup. I suspect the romantic comedy premise didn't interest anyone in my age group as the WB was becoming known for supernatural and teenaged-dramas.
