does anyone else find it slightly disturbing that he was 16 (possibly 17) in this movie??? And he still looks like he did in the movie Jack with Robin Williams???

There must be something weird about the release date. If it was really released in 2001, the actor playing Lloyd would have been 16/17, and Troy would have been 14/15 - I don't think so.

this was probably filmed around 1998..im pretty sure it was just shelved for awhile for obvious reasons.

The movie was filmed in 1998, but the release date was delayed until 2001. I don't know why.

No it's not weird because you're wrong. The movie was made in 1998 and it was delayed three years for release so he was 13 when the film was made
