Well, all I got was what a good role Desmond Harrington got in this movie.
I thought the relationship between Sorbieski and Brooks had was a bit too much cliche although I liked the fact that the two didn't deny it was in a way romantic.
I know...this movie is one of my favorites, given that Des plays such a good role! I love it when they're in the truck and he's referring to her as "Sybil"! So funny and sarcastic and witty, not to mention original. I think his character has a sweet sense about him, and a sense of loneliness, too, and that's why leelee's character and Des' pair up in the end. One question though, is their relationship intended to be romantic?
I think it was meant to be romantic, but in a different way from her and "R". He is someone who is willing to understand her the way his father did and willing to be there for her. Plus, they have the same banter as her and Brooks, so her relationship with Des is supposed to mirror her relationship with Brooks.
The penguins are calling and I can't find my way out of the labyrinth.
It's was a good roll for Desmond to land on, and he performed it even better than what was expected of him......I love the truck game......*WARNING SPOILER AHEAD!* couldn't you just predict that he was going to lick her foot even before he looked at it. My conclusion doubled up on me when he smeered jenny's foot with chocolate.
