Piano II

I'm looking up Region O dvd of the Brave on Ebay and come across this dvd double pack that has both The Brave and Piano II, aka the man who cried. Anyone have any idea why this would be the title? I mean I understand the relation to the music in the film but I'm asking why the title was changed for its release in Japan? Translation issues?
