How Did This Director EVER Get A Single Film Financed?

I couldn't believe my eyes, watching this film I believed was a serious film about Roma and Jews in World War II. Was this meant as a parody? Wow, bad subject to parody. I'd say "definitely, it's a parody," if I hadn't suffered through another of this director's nonsensical, self-indulgent drains on two hours of mine and other viewers' lives. God Almighty, this piece of crap is offensively bad.
