Most people probably didn't know who Shia was until movies like disturbia and transformers came out.
I've been a fan if him since this show started.
Me too! He was such a dork. A cute, funny dork. Talented for comedy.

I knew about Shia growing up because he was the former Disney kid. I love watching Even Stevens because the show was quirky as hell (I miss the early '00s). I also love him as Eddie, the mentally disabled twin brother to the character Tru in Tru Confessions (which is probably, imo, his most accessible acting of his career). I never cared for Disturbia, Transformers, the Indiana Jones movie, or the trashy Nymphomaniac because he was fVcking terrible in those movies. The funny thing about Shia is that he reminds me of Drake when he was Jimmy on Degrassi while I was growing up because he's one of those people that you didn't expect to blow up so big because their careers from the start seemed average and not so popular to the point where it looks like their future career is going nowhere, but eventually they prove everyone including myself wrong.
