So where could it have gone?

If the show was successful, where would it have gone? I guess it would have Beverly Hills Gun Club would be done shooting and the season finale would be its premiere and reaction. I'm guessing it would be successful because Peter's whole life depended on it. Maybe start making a sequel to it like he wanted to do with Slow Torture.

The saddest thing is there would have been a 100 years of material for the show. It was a show about producing in hollywood. How many thousands of stories could they have had access to?

They could have mocked every overhyped trend, movie, tv show and celeb since then. Another 100 years.

Well.. we could have had Cole come back, now as a GAY man.. trying to reassert his reins as the KING of action.. does anyone remember Rupert Everett just a couple years prior pushing REALLY hard to do a "Gay Bond" film.. There would be the idea of Peter doing a sequel to Gun Club.. Then you have the notion of the DTV market which was REALLY beginning to ramp up, even more, at that time.. I mean what I would consider much more main stream releases being pushed DIRECT to DVD.. Who ever would have thought we'd LIVE to see a day that Harrison Ford, Stallone or Bruce Willis (the former 2 SEVERAL TIMES OVER NOW) would have films go direct to video?

You could have had Peter being the.. Joel Silver/Bruckheimer inspired producer.. what happens when his films start tanking to a more Micheal Bay influenced filmmaker.. I think the show would have had a blast riffing on Bay.. or Kevin Smith.. and those were just the.. at the time kind of storylines.
